I am a student of SMKN 2 Bandung, Mathematics Department. I want to share with you a program that can be used as an additional program for the secondary school, which is Kerja Uks SMP. This program is currently being used by our school and could later be integrated into the curriculum of the next secondary school education system. In this blog post, I will introduce what it is and how it can be learned from your laptop or mobile phone without making too many changes to your current lifestyle. Students will face challenges when they enter the workplace. They will be required to work in a team and also independently. Previously, in my class, they were given assignments such as making business cards, visiting businesspeople and talking about their experiences etc., but of course it did not meet the needs of everyone. So I was encouraged to make a program related to the actual activities of a businessperson directly from laptop or mobile phones. With this new program for learning kerja usul smp , I am hoping that there will be an improvement in students' ability to find jobs by working with their peers both individually and together with students from classes other than their own. The program will also help students understand how to work with employees or employees. It is also expected that students who have already graduated from school will find jobs easily because the students are already accustomed to working in a business environment. Kerja usul smp program that I have created will be integrated into the curriculum of the next generation of secondary schools by enriching existing programs or creating new ones to support existing programs. This program is an alternative job for students who do not want to follow their friends who are trying to create their own business. The main purpose is for students to be able to know what their dream job design looks like, so they can work on it by looking at what they are already doing at school. The above image is an example of how this program could look like. Students can view the images, listen to the music while working on their uploaded files. When students are finished, they can upload it to their Google drive. Some students might have made copies of the paperwork. Applications are currently being prepared for schools in Bandung and also places outside of Bandung because there are many schools in other cities in Java that could use this kind of program. With this program, students will be able to find jobs easily by taking part in work-based projects at school instead of being afraid to participate in business-related things during classes . In this program, there will be a teacher who will be the leader of the program, and she can take students to a virtual laboratory where they can learn about the process of starting a business. After understanding this process, students can then go back to their own classroom and work on their projects by themselves instead of working in a group. They should work towards making a prototype that they have developed so far so that it looks like an actual product. The main purpose is for them to understand what it is like to run their own business because the business owners are usually running their own businesses or working in another company in charge of creating products.
